Product overview

Hose pump is a positive displacement pump. The suction action is realized through pressing shoe alternately pressing and releasing the special hose. When it pressing the hose, extrude the fluid out. At the same time, when it leaves, the hose rebounds to form negative pressure, which will absorb more fluid from the inlet end. The pressing shoe will 100% closed extrusion of the hose, thus providing accurate metering accuracy and pressure performance. The fluid only contacts with hose, no need any sealing.

Pumpbody and constructure

1. The pump size from 3/8″ to 5″.
2. 3/8″ to 3/4″ be aluminum pumpbody, from 1″ to 5″ be cast iron pumpbody.
3. the whole pumpbody strong and durable, can use many years.

Motor and reducer

1. In order to enhance the hose life time, normally, we will keep the pump out speed be 40~45rpm (for FK10~FK65),FK80~FK125 will keep the out speed about 30rpm.
2. Normally, the pump with variable frequency motor, 4-pole and 1450rpm. The motor fan’ speed be 2900rpm
3. The motor also can be Standard motor, ATEX motor, Variable frequency motor, synchronous motor etc.
4. Motor and reducer can be one-piece, also can supply with seperated motor and reducer
