Dosing Pump Mechanical Diaphragm Metering Pump
Full closed drive end:
1. The top of drive end is designed with a bearing and a cover plate.
2. The worm and the bearing are cohesive, with higher concentricity and improve motor output efficiency and drive efficiency.
3. The closed design can prevent the accumulation of oil at the output end of the motor, and prevent the dirt into drive end to make the operation more stable and efficiency
4. The closed design also benefit to pump (without motor) delivery.
Casting and precision machining:
1. Aluminum shell adopts precision casting and die casting, smooth surface and no sand hole.
2. The shell processed by CNC machining center with high precision and concentricity.
3. The shell with EPOXY coating, strong and durable.
4. Adopt structural reinforcement design, the shell is firm and durable.
5. The connecting bolts are made of stainless steel.
Eccentric drive mechanism:
1. The eccentric drive mechanism is the core component, which directly related to the metering accuracy and pump life time.
2. Eccentric mechanism includes connecting rod, push rod, eccentric shaft and sleeve, stroke adjustment rod etc.
3. The connecting rod adopts forging process and precision machining, strong and durable.4. Push rod, eccentric shaft and sleeve are made of alloy steel, after quenching and tempering treatment, wear-resistant and long life time.
5. The surface of the stroke adjustment rod is blackened to prevent rust and make the stroke adjustment smoothly.
6. Eccentric shaft and sleeve adopt special-shaped structure coupling design, fewer parts, high reliability and not easy to wear.
7. Each part of the eccentric mechanism is precision machined, and the whole structure has better concentricity and balance.
Worm gear and worm:
1. Worm gear and worm are the key component of metering pump, directly related to transmission efficiency.
2. The worm gear is made of tin bronze, wear-resistant and low noise.
3. The worm is made of alloy steel and tempered, high strength and wear resistance.
4. Adopt precision machining, good linearity and high gear meshing.5. Worm with two bearing, stable and high concentricity.
Double diaphragm chamber design:
1. Fluid chamber be double chamber design, independent from the drive end.
2. The main diaphragm be multi-layer design, with high toughness PTFE surface.
3. Auxiliary diaphragm be Teflon, static sealing, durable and long life time.
4. Once main diaphragm broken, Auxiliary diaphragm also can prevent the medium into drive end.
5. Double chamber design will convenience for install leaking sensor.
6. Push rod adopts double seal design to prevent oil leakage.
7. Diaphragm plate and pump head connector both with drain port design. The leaking medium and leaking oil can out through drain port.
High strength diaphragm:
1. The diaphragm is made of multi-layer composite material.
2. The surface layer is made of high-toughness PTFE material, the middle layer is supported by an iron core, and the back layer be rubber reinforced with nylon fabric.
3. The whole diaphragm durable and stable, suitable for almost all kinds of mediums.
High precision valve ball:
1. The valve ball is made of ceramic and stainless steel.
2. Ceramic ball is made of yttrium stabilized zirconia material with high strength and wear resistance.
3. The ball in high roundness and good sealing performance after fitting with valve seat.
